Fertin Pharma

Fertin Pharma were known for their nicotine chewing gum, but needed to communicate their broader range of products and expertise to customers—and potential buyers. I ran a kick-off workshop with stakeholders to align on a content strategy, shifting to a user-centric approach. I created the site structure, wireframes and content for Fertin Pharma’s new website, clearly communicating the benefits their audience in business development were looking for.

Through interviews and feedback loops with subject matter experts, I ensured all scientific and manufacturing information was accurate and easily understood. I drew on customer data and insights to inform my decisions from information architecture through to language.

Customers called the products “delivery systems” so our content would, too.

Stakeholders were thrilled with the result and I was asked to bring the same customer-centric approach to further projects. Fertin Pharma was acquired by Philip Morris International for $820m in 2021.
