UX Writer, Nintendo of America, 2023-Now

  • Create content strategies, content design, wireframes and user experience (UX) copy for experiences and processes on Nintendo.com
  • Collaborate with researchers, designers, developers and project managers to solve content challenges with user-centred solutions

  • Worked end-to-end to conduct research, distil insights into content strategy and design, manage stakeholders and use data to iterate and optimise content
